He/She/They will be responsible for the timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking by conducting thorough review of loan documents; proper coordination with clients in the compliance of pre-booking loan requirements; and coordination with Loans Administration Department in the final review of loan documents to effect loan booking.

 

The Responsibilities we will trust you with are:

 

  • Responsible for the achievement of given target and contributes to the Team’s objectives and targets.
  • Responsible for closely monitoring and compliance of post-booking loan deficiencies through proper coordination with the AO concerned and/or clients / referrers / business partners.
  • Responsible in assisting the Sales Account Officer in handling client signing of loan documents.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business related course.
  • At least 2 years' experience in handling documentation home or mortgage loans.
