Basic Function

 

Responsible for assisting the Systems Support Head in providing level 1 production support for system issues, data center monitoring and TCP coordination. Implements parameter changes and security access matrix implementation of system applications.



Responsibilities



        • Implements service level standards to ensure timely resolution of production issues

        • Manages resolution of production problem logs within the agreed service level agreement in coordination with IT or external vendor for needed patches/fixes and Credit Payment/Debit Payment/Loans/Channels and Gateways Solutions Systems Unit

        • Escalates outstanding issues requiring immediate resolution

        • Provide update report on production issues

        • Conducts UAT for production fixes as needed

        • Consolidates UAT documents and prepares documentation and sign-off needed for promotion to production for production issues

        • Maintain updated security access matrix for all CLG system applications

        • Manage daily application system activities and preventive maintenance in coordination with IT Data Center or IT Operations





Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree, preferably engineering, computer science, information technology or closely related field

  • At least four (4)years experience in systems implementation projects and application system support preferably on consumer loans and credit card or six(6) years progressive experience in the same function in other industry. Knowledge in basic programming, process engineering, system development life cycle, business analysis, case management

  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
