Job Summary

The Innovation and Process Engineering Officer is responsible in supporting the design, evaluation, and implementation of process improvements and innovative solutions across the Branch Banking network. The role contributes to operational efficiency, service quality enhancement, and the adoption of new technologies aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct process reviews, mapping, and analysis to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and document As-Is and To-Be process flows using standard methodologies.

  • Assist in the design and rollout of innovation initiatives, automation solutions, and digital tools for branch operations.

  • Gather and analyze operational data to support improvement recommendations and track performance metrics.

  • Participate in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for process reengineering and innovation projects.

     

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • With at least 5-years experience in continuous improvement and process design preferably in the retail banking industry

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
