Job Summary

 

The Service Fulfillment Officer will be responsible for manage the Elite and/or Core credit cards portfolio. He/She will handle and resolve cases escalated from the Call Center, BDO branches, email and internal units as well as entertain walk-in clients ensuring high level of customer satisfaction without compromising the Bank’s policies and profitability. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Efficient facilitation of customer service inquiry and request
  • Commits that daily service requests from customers are delivered and/or fulfilled within the established turn-around time (TAT) and in accordance with the Bank’s service standards and core values
  • Handles logs and resolves Service Fulfillment Unit Request Tracker all inquiries and requests
  • Constructs customer communications via written (ie. email / mail correspondence) and oral form as part of case resolution
  • Prepares memo for requests related loan amendment that are routed to Consumer Banking Business Unit and Group Head for approval
  • Responsible in monitoring open cases and escalating / coordinating with Execution Units for case resolutions within the agreed turn-around time (TAT)

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • At least 3 years banking experience in customer service gained from banking industry

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
