Service Fulfillment Officer
Mandaluyong City, National Capital Region, PH
He/She/They will be responsible in handling Online Banking related cases to help ensure clients are able to the get the best experience when using BDO's digital platforms.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- He/she will review and analyze client cases received from different channels requiring timely fulfillment and resolution.
- He/she may have to service inbound calls or conduct outbound calls to internal and external clients.
- He/she will process account maintenance requests following the bank's standard operating procedures thereby ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising quality standards.
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in online banking, digital platforms, debit cards and credit cards is an advantage.
You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
