LAD – SERVICE FULFILLMENT OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

The Service Fulfillment Officer is primarily responsible for efficient facilitation of customer service inquiry, request and special handling cases from Consumer Banking Group (CBG) Auto, Home and Small Medium Enterprise (SME) loan clients.

He / she commits that daily service requests from customers are delivered and/or fulfilled within the established turn-around time (TAT) and in accordance with the Bank's service standards and core values.

*For designated officers, assist the Service Fulfillment (SF) Unit/Section Head in the following:

  • Monitoring of cases for resolution
  • Implementation of processes, procedures and policies that involve facilitation of customer service inquiry, request and special handling cases

Your qualifications and experience should be:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  • At least three (3) years of experience in customer service/ loan documentation / compliance checking / service fulfillment gained from a commercial or universal bank or other financial institution
  • Must have the ability to embrace change and work comfortably in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, matrix environment
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas and Makati
