Service Fulfillment Officer

Job Summary:
The Service Fulfillment Officer is primarily assigned to handle Online Banking related cases to help ensure client’s are able to get the best experience when using BDO’s digital platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities :

He/she will review and analyze client cases received from different channels requiring timely fulfillment and resolution.

He/she may have to service inbound calls or conduct outbound calls to internal and external clients in order to facilitate urgent processing of service requests.

He / She shall accurately process account maintenance requests following the bank’s standard operating procedures thereby ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising quality standards.

He / she is also expected to perform proactively by employing online banking services that meets bank standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Qualifications :

Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder

At least 2 years of working experience in a customer service and financial oriented company/industry

Experience in online banking, digital platforms, debit cards and credit cards is an advantage
-
Amenable to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
