Job Summary
- Understand the high-level processes and products in financial services
- Clearly articulate business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate requirements to testable requirements, and write test cases and test outcome for each requirement
- Work with Project Managers, Team/Section/Unit Heads, Development Leads across Unit/Project team to ensure quality delivery
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to professionally and effectively present information and issues to all levels of management
- Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders of different seniority and geographical location.
- Ensure requirements elicitation and testing processes are followed according to SDLC/Test Admin standards
- Guide junior analysts and supervise test activities to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process, manage schedule, budget and overall test efforts and report test status to project stakeholder
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology graduate

At least 8 years of demonstrated global industry/ banking experience with Payments and financial business analysis, functional requirements definition and test management expertise.
- Knowledge on Philippines Domestic payment market would be an added advantage
- Must have a broad understanding on integration mechanisms including but not limited to APIs, microservices, batches, files, unstructured data, external data sources and market feeds.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
