Job Summary:

Responsible for implementing, administering and tuning cyber fraud technologies and platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

A. Platform Delivery

  • Evaluate and implement cyber fraud technologies, platforms and services – including integration of data sources to detect, and respond to cyber fraud alerts and incidents.
  • Develop use cases and rules within the platform to detect external and internal cyber fraud
  • Revisit existing tools, standards and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

 

B. Platform / Operations Management

  • Administer, maintain and operate cyber fraud technologies and platform.
  • Ensure platforms are tuned, upgraded and maintained on a period basis.
  • Resolve and address operational issues, vulnerabilities and findings in the cyber fraud platforms.
  • Perform root-cause analysis as needed, and take the necessary steps to prevent recurrence.
  • Support Enterprise Fraud unit in the analysis and investigation of cyber fraud incidents, including tuning and optimization of cyber fraud detection rules where appropriate.

 

C. Project Work

  • Implement minor to major cyber fraud projects initiated by the IT Security Department.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic and Communication Engineering, or similar 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience - with specialization on Cyber Fraud and/or Cyber Security Engineering and Operations.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
