Sales Training Officer

Job Mandate

Primarily responsible for design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of training programs and initiatives.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Participate in concept meetings with training program proponents/requesting units
• Design and development of content of training programs catering to new hires and regular employees
• Perform correspondence and coordinate execution of training programs with various units involved
• Prepare and secure needed resources for sessions and facilitate the program execution
• Manage and monitor training documentation and post training activities - attendance records, training evaluation and compliance reports
• Engagement with trainees in both on-site/physical and virtual learning environments
