Job Summary

The Sales Support Officer (Auto Loan) is responsible for processing of Auto Loans accounts through compliance checking and documentary deficiencies validation in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Loan Approval Sheet (LAS), standard operating procedures, approved Bank policies and guidelines and within the set turn-around-time.
Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Receive loan folders from Dealers and CBG Auto Sales Account Officer
• Check and validate if loan approval is still valid at the time of booking
• Check the completeness and the acceptability of documents submitted by the Dealers, Sellers and Clients
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably of Business Course
• With at least 2 years' experience in loans documentation gained from a commercial / universal bank or other financial institution
• Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
