Job Summary



The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for providing backroom support to the Acquiring Sales Team in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities



  • Documents and records loan applications received for the day.

  • Process accounts for review and booking. Monitors status of clients’ applications and requests for credit/background investigations, appraisal and relays status of application to clients.

  • Assists AO in following up lacking requirements needed for booking.

  • Ensures prompt relay of credit decisions to branch managers, clients, dealers, salesmen, brokers as well as pre/post booking requirements

  • Facilitates signing of loan documents; Accepts payments (loan amortization) in the form of postdated checks, down payments, and CM fees in the form of check
  • Maintenance of records and files of approved/disapproved/cancelled applications

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications



  • Graduate of any Business Course

  • Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing organization

  • Fresh graduates are welcome but must have good scholastic records

  • Must be computer literate and has good communication skills. Must have sound judgment, attentive to details, can work under pressure, with good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision.

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
