Role Overview:

 

Responsible for selling the Bank’s acquired real estate properties by securing the best possible offers from qualified buyers within target timelines and acceptable returns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Source buyers through direct sales and an established broker network
  • Secure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactions
  • Arrange and conduct site trippings and property inspections with prospects and brokers
  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of buyers’ documentary requirements
  • Evaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate of a four-year college degree, preferably in a business-related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage firm
  • Willing to do fieldwork and site trippings with buyers and brokers
  • With an existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network
  • Has a strong and established broker network (individuals and firms)
  • Proficient in social media platforms for real estate marketing; existing online presence is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
