Job Summary


The Risk Analyst is responsible for data gathering, monitoring and processing credit risk information from the various units and consolidating them to arrive at the overall exposure of the Bank in terms of risk assets and business segments for Corporate / Commercial loan portfolio.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Generates monthly non-performing loans report, monitors and analyzes the credit performance of non performing clients of the bank. Provides highlights on the owners, nature of business, status and security position for Corporate / Commercial loan clients.
  • Conducts sound, significant and meaningful portfolio stress testing to assess impact in terms of losses, NPL, and capital adequacy, in a reasonable and quantitative manner by identifying potential risks and locate the weak spot of a portfolio.
  • Ensures that the credit MI reports and analytical tools used n the evaluation of the Corporate / Commercial portfolios continue to be relevant and at par with new industry practices.
  • Develop, operate and maintain the suite of credit risk analytics models for the bank.
  • Ensures accuracy of management information and undertakes clean up where needed, in such areas as collateral tagging, group tagging, industry codes, risk rating, economic indicators and the like.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Mathematics or BS Statistics
  • Background in credit, risk and /or analytical experience preferably gained from bank or financial institutions preferred but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati and Ortigas.
