Job Description:

  • As a Reports Analyst, you will be responsible for the gathering, collating data to analyze, developing, implementation and maintenance of operational data using Power BI. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translate these into clear, actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, implement process changes, and monitor their effectiveness.

  • Process Documentation: Create comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and detailed descriptions.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation opportunities.

  • Dashboard & Visualization Creation: Work with system support and development teams to create and maintain effective reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant to the job 

  • Minimum of 5 years in data analysis or business analysis required. 

  • Proven experience as a Reports Analyst or in a similar role

  • Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards (with PL-300 certification considered an advantage)

  • Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
