Responsibilties:

Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, and source effectiveness.
• Deliver insights to HR leadership for workforce planning and executive reporting.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation of recruitment metrics, aligned with banking compliance requirements.

Vendor Management & Coordination
• Facilitate vendor accreditation processes in close coordination with other departments.
• Ensure recruitment vendors meet compliance standards and are properly onboarded into the bank’s governance framework.
• Act as the recruitment team’s liaison with other functions to streamline vendor-related processes.
• Handle renewal monitoring, and vendor performance reviews — focusing instead on governance and accreditation support.

Governance & Compliance
• Establish governance frameworks for recruitment vendors, ensuring adherence to labor laws, data privacy, and banking regulations.
• Maintain oversight routines (meeting cadence, agendas, minutes, action logs).
• Drive risk mitigation strategies and ensure audit readiness for internal and external reviews.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with recruitment teams to align recruitment operations with organizational priorities.
• Act as point of contact for recruitment leaders on vendor governance, reporting, and compliance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in recruitment operations, vendor management, or HR governance, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance frameworks in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
