Job Description:

  • As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible in reviewing / evaluating bids submitted by various Gencon.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Discuss with contractors regarding the final scope of works to be implemented.

  • Discuss with designers regarding discrepancies of plans, if any.

  • Negotiates and prepares budget recommendation

  • Evaluates additional works and change of orders

  • Prepares invitation to bid and Notice to proceed.

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

  • At least 2 years of working experience as Puchaser / Quantity Surveyor or other related field

  • Open positions for non-licensed and licensed Engineer.

  • Must open for project-based contract for 1 year.

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
