Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical checking on all Credit Card and Installment applications solicited by Telemarketing Unit.

  • Ensure application has passed Quality Control and met the criteria to apply Credit Card and avail of Installment programs such IC, Balance Transfer, Cash It, Easy and Easy Cash.

  • Maintain quality of applications by ensuring completeness, authenticity and validity of information.

  • Ensure zero percent returned application due to overlooked error in the credit card and/or installment applications attached documents.

  • Ensure error-free QR MIS report.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder

  • At least 2 years experience in Quality Review, preferably in a credit company or banking institution.

  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
