Quality Assurance Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the management and completion of user acceptan ce and regression testing for projects that have im-pact on self-service machines and branch digital channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with the project manager and other key stakeholders to identify project needs for testing related to self-service machines and branch digital channels.
• Ensure that projects in the pipeline for testing adhere to project guidelines ans Statement of Work (SOW) and complete all stage gates prior to UAT.
• Review the overall project test plans.Manage the defects encountered during testing.
• Escalate to the head of change delivery testing any issues on the project being tested.
• Ensure proper closure of user testing, before the project moves to the next phase.
• Identify areas for improvement or opportunities for optimization, and execute continuous improvements.
• Update the regression test scripts, where necessary, due to changes in systems/applications.
• Production testingCommissioning and EMV certification of new terminal models
