Job Description:

  • The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. S/he supervises tasks, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and ensures the timely completion of the project. The Project Manager must also foresee potential blockers and find proper solutions to mitigate or eliminate them ensuring project success.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify project goals, needs, and scope

  • Facilitate the business case creation and contracting activities

  • Prioritize change requests, execute impact assessment, able to make decisions to accept or reject changes, and communicate clearly the decision to different stakeholders

  • Ensure that stakeholders and team members stay motivated throughout a project’s lifecycle, ensuring top-quality results and on-time completion of project deliverables

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields 

  • Between 5 and 15 years of experience as full-time project manager (directly managing the team) in financial services

  • Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified

  • Demonstrated experience in managing minimally 2 large projects (> 1year, > 30 people, > USD 5mill)

  • Good practical knowledge of developing WBS, Risk management, Issue management, Dependency management

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
