Job Summary

The Project Management Officer (PMO) supports project governance and ensures timely, efficient, and aligned delivery of initiatives across branch banking operations. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing risks, supporting digital and process improvements, and ensuring all projects meet organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and ensure adherence to project governance standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, IT, Customer Experience, etc.) for project alignment.

  • Track progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables; prepare project reports and presentations.

  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain complete project documentation.

  • Identify risks and issues, support development of mitigation plans.

  • Recommend ways to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Support change management activities including training, communication, and transition plans.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant course

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in product development or project management, preferably in local banking or technology

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
