Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing promotional programs and events. Ensures sound assessment and execution of marketing initiatives including exhibits, fairs, seminars, conferences, product launches, and other activities related to OFWs while maintaining strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
A. Program Management (50%)
- Conduct market and industry research.
- Evaluate proposals for collaboration with partners and agencies.
- Conceptualize marketing programs aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with internal units for program implementation.
- Ensure brand visibility and cross-selling opportunities.
- Plan and schedule events and manage requirements.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost-efficient solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and sponsorship plans.
- Ensure achievement of business targets.
- Perform post-event evaluation and cost analysis.
B. Relationship Management (30%)
- Maintain relationships with business partners and affiliates.
- Develop strategies leveraging partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners on program execution.
- Ensure brand presence in joint activities.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities.
C. Personnel Management (10%)
- Supervise internal and external staff during events.
- Train and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
D. Administrative Functions (10%)
- Maintain documentation and records of programs and contracts.
- Safekeep agreements and approvals.
- Assist management with special projects.
Qualifications

Graduate of Marketing, Communications, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in events and marketing.

Willing to work onsite and be assigned to Ortigas.
