Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Implement financial education programs in partnership with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and different government institutions.
  2. Implement financial education programs in partnership with other organizations for the benefit of various sectors of society.
  3. Contribute to the projects of technical working groups.
  4. Prepare meeting agenda and summarize discussion highlights for dissemination to partner organizations.
  5. Prepare presentations required for meetings and training sessions.
  6. Monitor progress of programs, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
  7. Prepare reports and data for documentation review of stakeholders.
  8. Prepare correspondences with partners.
  9. Prepare status reports and schedules of projects.
  10. Ensure logistical preparations are completed for meetings and events.
  11. Coordinate with subject matter experts from partners and BDO business units on the conduct of financial literacy sessions and the development of content for financial education modules, presentation, training materials and videos.
  12. Gather data on beneficiaries reached by financial education programs for various purposes.
  13. Review documents submitted by stakeholders, beneficiaries and recipients (eg. official receipts and certifications for submission to Subs-Accounting and BIR).
  14. Support the conduct of financial literacy sessions under the BDO employee volunteer program.
  15. Perform other tasks requested by the unit head or program management head.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • At least 5 years of experience preferably working with government agencies
  • With above average communications, presentation, and problem solving skills

 

Candidates interested must be willing to work onsite daily in Ortigas.
