Program & Ops Officer-Asia & Shipping

The role will spearhead the development and executions of various projects, services and activities of Transaction Banking Group's Remittance team. The role will also be responsible in creating, managing and executing marketing campaigns and programs for the business unit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the entire marketing planning and campaign execution process to deliver business objectives and brand objectives with the alignment of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead a customer-first approach in creating brand awareness, building brand equity, driving engagement and generating conversions among business unit's target markets.
- Build and maintain thought and leadership and subject matter expertise encompassing all customer segments.
- Work with the business unit to help support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 3 years of related work experience in business management, marketing and advertising.
- Experience in remittance/OFW industry a plus
- Knowledgeable in creative production, digital marketing, management of agency partners (creative, media, digital agencies)
- With strong written, oral, communications and presentation skills - must be confident in presenting to senior leadership
- Adept at creating compelling documents and presentations
- Digital Marketing and/or Digital User Experience in terms of media, CRM and the like
- Strong relationship management with stakeholders
Candidate must be willing to work onsite daily in Ortigas.
