Product Manager

Responsibilties:
- Develop new products
- Explore and research new products
- Develop business case, including target market, size of business opportunity, product requirements
- Develop product parameters, policy, process, system and operational requirements, distribution channels
2. Manage existing products
- Enhance policies and procedures
- Monitor product performance and compliance
3. Manage projects related to products
- Lead projects related to products
- Coordinate with relevant units and stakeholders
4. Manage product team
- Allocate and monitor work across Product team members
- Ensure tasks and projects of team members are completed
Qualifications:
- With at least 5-10 years work experience related to product development and management banking or other industries such as banking/digital banking
