Job Summary
Responsible in managing existing remittance products and services. In-charge of developing and monitoring loyalty programs for OFWs. Also responsible in monitoring the performance as well as enhancements of special OFW programs like Asenso Kabayan Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop and implement enhancements of products / services for the overseas Filipinos market.

Conceptualize loyalty / retention programs for existing and potential OFW clients.

Evaluate profitability and market acceptance of existing products and services; recommend action plans to address product and market challenges.

Ensure that all information pertaining to remittance product is cascaded to its Target Market, Support Units and Remittance tie-ups.

Provide solutions to remittance needs of clients by bundling remittance services with products / services of other units

Accountable in overseeing the proper management / supervision of Market Management personnel.

Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year business course.

At least 3 years experience in product management / development or marketing from a bank or other financial institution.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
