Procurement Assistant (Ortigas)

Responsibilities
The position is primarily responsible for:

Sourcing and purchasing bank wide IT-related requirements (hardware, software, services).

Negotiates for the best terms and service for all purchases, analyzes quotations

Acts as liaison between vendor and business unit
Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course
-
With ate least 4 years experience related field, preferably from a financial institution or consumer industry is a plus
-
Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office applications, internet browsers)

Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas

Must be a Filipino citizen
