Procurement Assistant (Central Operations Group)

Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible for:

Facilitate dispatching and coordinating with internal support and vendor to facilitate proper and immediate resolution of referred service calls, monitoring, validating and updating of assigned service calls and equipment records in asset repository

Facilitate implementation of service agreements, evaluation of vendor performance and working with the vendor to address performance issues
Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates

Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas

Must be a Filipino citizen
