Job Description:

  • Processing Officer is responsible for reviewing/checking of the request for Placement submitted by Marketing and ensuring the adherence to the prescribed guidelines and procedures on timely processing of placement and booking of the accounts and releasing of the policies.

   

 

 

   

Job Responsibilities:  

   

  • Reviews and processes the placement request from the Marketing AO following the approved guidelines and procedures

  • Generates Statement of Account (SOA) and forwards the SOA and policy to the appropriate recipients.

  • Monitors unbooked accounts based on placement and booking guidelines and ensures no late booking, no advanced booking and no booking of expired accounts

  • Performs other job functions as may be assigned from time to time

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course with at least 2 years sales experience, preferably as an Account / Sales Officer in a non-life brokerage company  

  • Above average communications skills and product knowledge  

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (ability to engage efficiently with clients, collaborate with other business units/ stakeholders and present in a professional manner).  

   

 

 

 

The candidate must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas.
