Portfolio Analyst

Job Description:

• As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be working with IT Governance and the IT Project Managers in addressing/closing the gaps on compliance to project management and SDLC standards. Ensure that projects are delivered within the committed scope, schedule, budget, quality and compliance to project management standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate project status reports, management reports and ad hoc reports

• Monitor project health and compliance to BDO SDLC

• Communicate improvements on process, procedures, performance metrics

• Support project management forums, workshops, pocket discussions, and change management activities to ensure adoption of improved processes/framework

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses 

• At least 2 years experience in PMO, project coordination, project reporting or project support related work

• Experience working with people across different levels within the organization

• Familiarity with project management framework/discipline, methodologies and tools

• Collaborative, positive thinker, solution-oriented, motivated, disciplined

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
