Portfolio Analyst

Job Description:

• As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for the continuous process improvement initiatives of the project management process/framework to increase effectiveness and increase success rate of the Program/Project Managers. Assist in the maintenance of Strategic Project Management (SPM) facility of the ServiceNow platform and build the project management and SDLC framework.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with IT Project Managers, the Project Execution Officers under Project Office, and IT Governance/Deliver Assurance in capturing/improving project performance and compliance to project management standards

• Ensure clear communication on expectations on using the methodologies and tools for Project Management

• Help communicate any improvements on process and tools

• Help facilitate project management forums and workshops to ensure adoption of Project Office processes and tools

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related courses 

• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in project management/project delivery life cycle

• Basic familiarity with a global project management framework/discipline, methodologies and tools

• Preferably with experience in at least one of the following tools: Sharepoint, JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow

• Experienced in communication/training materials creation
