Planning Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the planning and design for Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Services for all BDO/NB branches, Corporate Offices, BDO Subsidiaries and other Special Projects that may be assigned to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with the assigned MEPF design consultant the corresponding requirements and schedule of the project, and ensures timely submission of project deliverables

• Checks and reviews check print plans, site inspection report and design and construction guidelines submitted by the assigned MEPF design consultant

• Reviews and issues bid bulletin to releavant team

• Conducts MEPF audit and punch listing prior to project turn-over

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, preferably with PRC license

• At least 5 years in building services planning and design

• With excellent supervisory and technical design skills

• Capable of using software such as but not limited to Autodesk Autocad. BIM/BIM360 and other engineering related software, MS Packages, Adobe or similar software

Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas.
