Job Description:

  • As a Planning Architect, you will be responsible for special projects plays a key role in developing site and space planning strategies for medium-to-large-scale office building projects, including high-rise towers and multi-level regional offices. Working closely with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders. The Planning Architect translates client requirements, programmatic needs and site constraints into optimized planning solutions.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare and analyze site development plans, area tabulations, and conceptual floor layouts

  • Analyze zoning, FAR, setbacks, building massing and circulation strategies

  • Support sustainability goals by integrating passive design, green spaces and flexible layout principles when necessary

  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal stakeholder requirements

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

  • At least 10 years of Architectural Design and project management with experience in planning & design of office, commercial buildings and complex projects

  • Strong background in architectural planning, site development, and office space programming

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel (area computations), and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Working knowledge of structural and MEP system implications on spatial planning

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
