Performance Monitoring Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of ATM performance to ensure that target revenues and growth of transaction volumes are achieved.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Performance monitoring management

  • Gather and prepare all salient data for ATM performance evaluation.

  • Conduct performance evaluation of ATMs to achieve target revenues and growth of transaction volume.

  • Assess ATM reports and coordinates with fulfillment units to improve ATM performance

  • Provide relevant recommendations in accordance to the agreed ATM strategy.

  • Prepare and submit regulatory report on timely manner

  • Proactively monitor performance of self-service machines (ATM, CDM, UM) and branch digital channels (QMS, CRM, SAM) thru various available tools

  • Leads programs and strategies to ensure that target revenues and growth of transaction volumes are achieved in self-service terminals and improve user experience for both terminals and branch digital channels.

• Coordination with COG ATM Operations, ATM Site Management & Security, Cash Logistics and ITO on any terminal or digital channel business concerns.

• Production fixes, patches, enhancements deployment

• New ATM commissioning and pre-implementation handling

• Participates / conducts tests related to EMV / Scheme Certification

• Ensure sufficient inventory of machines, peripherals or devices
