Job Summary

The Performance and Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for evaluation of self-service terminal’s performance to ensure that target revenues and growth of transaction volumes are achieved with coordination with ATM Site Management & ATM Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare all salient data for ATM performance evaluation.

• Conduct performance evaluation of ATMs to ensure sites are consistently with high foot traffic, accessibility and visibility to achieve target fee revenues, transaction volume growth and good branding.

• Coordination with COG ATM Operations and ITIO ATM Monitoring to ensure 98% cash availability threshold thru monitoring of various cash servicing units’ performance

• Ensure sufficient inventory of machines, peripherals or devices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant courses

• At least 3 years of experience in ATM Management in a banking institution

• Willing to worksite in Ortigas
