Responsibilities


 

This position helps mitigate financial and reputational risks and supports operational efficiency through:

  • Timely and accurate processing of inward clearing checks with technicalities, unmatched items, invalidated items, return items, duplicate items, auto-return checks, over/under encoded check, untagged BIR / BOC checks and IC for ACH Debit.

  • Timely and accurate debiting/crediting face amount and/or charges of unmatched items, invalidated items and return items from/to affected current accounts including necessary GL account bookings

  • Effective coordination with concerned Branch of Accounts for the disposition of checks with technicalities, unmatched items and invalidated items


 


 

Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, Accounting majors preferred

  • Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

  • Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

  • Applicants must be amenable with graveyard shift

  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati, Ortigas and Binondo

  • Must be a Filipino citizen
