Operations Support Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop/establish and consistently implement the Consumer Banking Group Project Management standards and change management process

  • Lead project teams of internal and/or external resources to deliver specified programs/projects to customer and efficiency objectives

  • Provide inputs into business case initiatives and ensure that all associated costs, risks and mitigation plans are incorporated and vetted accordingly

  • Manage the definition, development and delivery of the approved programs/projects, including the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), in line with the approved business cases

  • Integrate activities, through identifying and managing interdependencies, to ensure that projects are well coordinated

  • Identify, manage and control financial and operating risks and issues affecting the project

  • Collaborate with the Project Sponsor, stakeholders, including external party providers if applicable, to ensure the project team is able to achieve the established project objectives

 

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder.

  • At least 5 years experience in Operations / Project Management of Digital / Online Platform and leading change related projects.

  • Experience in leading projects using Agile Methodology
