JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Officer will be responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of premiums for remittance ascertain adherence to the established guidelines and procedures.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely extraction of accounts due for remittance.
  • Ensure that only valid payments remittance is to be remitted to the Insurance Companies.
  • Checking the accounts with claims, if paid and applied, and updates the insurer and BDOI claims department on the status.
  • Coordinate with Insurers the request for immediate issuance of Official Receipts.
  • Generates and submits management reports as requested.
  • Participates in UAT for system enhancements.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably Accounting and Finance graduate.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in financial reconciliation.
  • With strong analytical skills and can deal with third parties/clients.
  • With good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
