Job Description:

  • As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring temporary staffing requirements across ITG are fulfilled – understanding demand, partnering with vendors, processing staffing requests and checking for complete documentation. Ensuring any tracking and data on temporary staffing are complete, accurate, and comprehensive. 

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Demand Management – understand temporary staffing requirements across ITG.

  • Fulfillment Management – coordinate and collaborate with requestors and vendor partners to fill staffing requirements.

  • Process Execution – ensure requestors and vendor partners comply with the temporary staffing fulfillment process, guidelines, and policies

  • Workforce Analytics – ensure complete, accurate and comprehensive workforce data and stats are in place at all times

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 7 years in IT Workforce Management and IT Technical Recruitment

  • Knowledgeable in Workforce Management, Recruitment/Hiring, Demand/Capacity Management, Project Management, SDLC 

  • High attention to detail, level-headed

  • Knowledge in spreadsheet, documents, and presentation applications (e.g. MS Office)

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
