Job Summary
The Merchant Officer is responsible in assisting the Area Head in establishing and managing the merchant acquiring business in assigned area/s.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the Area Head in managing Merchant Officers and outsourced serviced agents.
- Identifies potential merchants within the assigned area and pre-qualifies applications.
- Makes actual sales presentation and explains to potential clients the nature of BDO's Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Union Pay, Diners/Discover, BDO Pay, Mobile Wallets acquisition business and the services that BDO offers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business
- With at least 3 years of experience in sales and account management preferably gained from banks, fintech, hotel related industries
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas/San Juan/Quezon City
