Merchant Manager Support (UAT)

He/She/They will be responsible for the actual conduct of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for various systems and its enhancements related to Acquiring outgoing transactions, interchange, incoming retrievals and chargeback, Mobile Pay / Digital related Transactions, POS terminal version upgrade, ad hoc enhancements and based on specific assignment.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Prepares the draft of test conditions and scenarios required for the performance of testing activities, based on the test plan upon business requirements / mandated changes.
- Conducts and performs actual testing, raising issues arising from testing and monitoring the resolution of the same.
- Provides inputs in the preparation of pre-implementation and actual deployment communication to targeted users, including feedback mechanism on changes impact.
- Conducts post implementation review with concerned units to determine if there are any issues arising from the changes implemented.
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the operations function in a credit card company covering both Issuing and Acquiring business is preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates of Computer Science or Information Technology or any other related course are welcome to apply
You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
