Merchant Chargeback Officer

Job Mandate

Responsible for overseeing and supervising the daily operation of Merchant Chargeback Section. The function involves the monitoring, planning and management of operational functions in accordance with the bank policies & procedures adherence to scheme rules.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder

• Minimum of 3 years banking experience
