Job Summary
Provides vital administrative assistance and supports the sales team in managing client accounts, processing insurance documents, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of ARF for all accounts for placement from the Account Officers and under Unapplied Premium Payments (UPP).
- Preparation of RRF for all accounts under Unapplied Premium Payments for refund.
- Timely sending of Renewal Advices (RA) and Non Renewal Letter (NRL) to clients and branches
- Participate in Users Acceptance Testing (UAT, if necessary).
- Performs other task/duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior or senior management.
Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business or Marketing course

With at least 1-2 years working experience not necessarily in insurance or broker
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
