Marketing Officer

Job Mandate: Primarily responsible for conducting financial literacy and product training via webinars or physical classes. Conducts Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) for those who face web bans and other similar venues with the objective of educating them on the bank's products and services. Responsible for ensuring that all participants are able to open new Kabayan Savings Accounts in PDOS sessions, coordinate with the PDOS centers and embassies, as well as ensure that all participants are able to fill out forms completely.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Development (30%)
Facilitate financial literacy presentations of BDO products and services via webinars or physical classes.
Ensure that all participants are able to open new Kabayan Savings Accounts during PDOS sessions.
Training & Development (25%)
Conduct training on financial literacy through webinars or physical venues, including participant education about BDO accounts, branches, ATMs, and remittance partners.
Coordinate with PDOS centers/embassies regarding schedules and physical venues, including coordination with marketing units for giveaways.
Product Presentation (25%)
Keep records/screenshots of PDOS partner agencies and their OFs are added into a quarterly presentation.
Maintain an ongoing list of new product features/services offered by BDO.
Marketing Support & Services (15%)
Assist marketing units in conducting/producing a financial literacy/product talk in the program.
Ensure that giveaways from marketing units get delivered on time at each venue across assigned areas during marketing events.
Administrative Tasks (15%)
Create administrative reports, liquidation, and attendance sheets required for proper monitoring purposes.
Provide accurate follow-up documentation between BDO and the PDOS provider or agency.
