DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Sales and Marketing
1. Prepares and submits marketing plan for the assigi id areas and ensures its implementation.
2. Expands and grows the remittance business volume of the Bank with proper implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
3. Perform research study on the remittance market within the area of jurisdiction including the competitors offering and pricing, clients profiling; If warranted, come up with new initiatives/promo on remittance products and services to address market demands
4. Provide updates to Management on the developments (social, political, economic and regulations) in the region of assignment which may have impact on the remittance business
5. Monitor the performance of the tie-ups, partners and agents on a per remittance product type, transactions count, volume and income and provide monthly reports to Management
6. Review and evaluate on a regular basis (quarterly/semi-annual) the account profitability of tie-ups, partners and agent to achieve target revenue and assigned P & L; report to Management significant increase/decrease in the performance of the tie-up and provide reasons for increase/decrease. In the case of decrease, provide recommended course of action
7. Ensure that the brand of BDO and BDO Remit is not at risk in terms of reputation
B. Relationship Management
1. Ensure daily funding in coordination with the tie-ups; if tie-up is qualified for line facility, coordinate with Financial Institution for the approval of credit line to tie-up
2. Supports and assists tie-ups, partners/agents and Bank expatriates on any operational and transactional issues, inquirles or services required and coordinate with concerned units for the speedy response and execution.
3. Coordinates and monitors with tie-ups, partners and agents on reshittance system enhancements to be able to Implement BDO remittance products effectively.
