Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary

• Elicit business requirements and perform requirement analysis, management, and communication.
• Support the creation of business cases for assigned projects.
• Deliver assigned projects ensuring system enhancements, process improvements, and service implementations meet user specifications.
• Assist in development, testing, certification, and implementation of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the payment and/or banking industry.
• Deep knowledge of payments, banking, and related fields.
• Familiarity with Business and Requirement Analysis, System Development Life Cycle, Basic Project Management, User Acceptance Testing, and basic programming skills.

You must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
