JOB DESCRIPTION - LAWYER

Reporting to the Head of Non-Litigation Team, the Lawyer is responsible for handling and supervision of non-loan cases of the bank (e.g. preparing and drafting pleading, appearing in court hearings, mediation, among others) rendering legal opinion, performing documentation and legal research, in relation to non-loan cases filed by and against the Bank, as well as AMLA / Compliance matters. The Lawyer is also responsible in handling and monitoring non-loan cases and reviewing pleadings / documents sent by external counsel.
