Job Mandate

  1. Primarily responsible for the day-to-day account management/administration, portfolio mix design, portfolio management/administration, client servicing/ relationship and profitability of accounts and funds assigned to him/her.

 

  1. Primarily responsible for the delivery of his/her volume budget.

 

  1. Primarily responsible for the marketing and solicitation activities and efforts covering his/her existing accounts.
    1. Responsible for generation of additional funds from presently managed accounts/funds.
    2. Assists in Business Development activities to generate new accounts for Trust via referrals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1.  Regularly reviews, manages, administers and services of accounts/funds assigned to him/her.                                                                                   
    1. Follows policies and guidelines for the proper and efficient administration and management of assigned accounts.
    1. Executes investment programs and strategies based on client’s current and/or future objectives/requirements, as well as house recommendation.
    2. Regularly reviews and monitors each account’s fund performance to ensure the soundness, liquidity and growth of each assigned account’s aggregate fund level. Handles the day-to-day portfolio strategies to ensure profitability of the simple and moderate accounts managed.
    3. Reviews balance sheet, income statement and other related reports to clients prior to submission.
    4. Prepares and handles the necessary periodic account performance presentation (written/oral) to clients/Retirement Committees for the simple and moderate accounts managed.
    5. In coordination with Section Head, packages trust services to tailor fit such with client needs/requirements.
    6. Conducts regular client calls to establish/continue client rapport.
    1. Implements and ensures compliance to all corresponding provisions found in agreements/contracts/plans. Implements specific instructions, terms and conditions of all trust accounts assigned to him/her.
    2. Implements and ensures compliance to pertinent BSP, SEC, BIR regulations, bank policies and Trustcom guidelines impacting on the management of accounts assigned to him/her.
    3. Ensures prompt and efficient response to the delivery of services specifically required by the accounts.
    4. Coordinates with other Trust Units and bank units for his/her client’s requirements; and maintains close and direct liaison with clients and/or their authorized representatives through calls, conferences.

 

  1. With prior consultation with the Head, attend to all requirements that may need legal counsel’s advise/opinion specifically as they relate to:                                                        
    1. Fiduciary responsibilities of the Bank as it pertains to agreements/contracts entered into with client accounts assigned to him/her.
    2. Legal and/or regulatory matters that impact any client account specifically assigned for management/administration.

 

 

  1. With respect to marketing and solicitation of additional accounts, specific tasks to be performed/accomplished shall include, but not limited to:                                                
    1. Contribution to the volume budget of the Section.
    2. Identification of prospective clients;
    3. Function as a contact person for the business relationship with prospective clients;
    4. Cross-sells products/services of the Bank and affiliates.

 

  1. Implements and ensures compliance to internal/external audit policies and guidelines covering the accounts under his/her management. Accountable for audit findings on accounts managed.

 

  1. Assists the Section Head in all other matters deemed necessary, such as:                                     
    1. Preparation of the necessary internal memoranda for the Board of Directors, Trust Committee and Bank proper relative to approvals, notation and information.
    2. Formulation of necessary responses for internal and external audit for accounts assigned to him/her.
    3. Servicing requirements/queries of other Bank Units and clients on Trust Products and accounts.

 

  1. Participates in Trust and Bank projects and undertakings.

 

  1. Performs other duties, functions and/or responsibilities that may be assigned

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

  • Work experience in Banking or any Financial Institution
