Job Summary:

Plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and delivery data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders

Works with business to identify digital banking opportunities and roadmaps as well as delivery and technical teams to ensure business requirements are implemented accurately, with quality as planned
Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather detailed project requirements

Works with business and tech teams to ensure requirements are refined into releases, sprints and user stories with clear prioritization and acceptance criteria

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that drive business decisions

Act as liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process flows, specifications and user manuals

Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements; facilitate sprint reviews and user acceptance testing

Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed
Qualifications:

BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field is preferred; Master’s degree is a plus

At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field, with a strong background in project delivery

Must be willing to be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
