Job Summary:
He/She/They are responsible for the implementation of Cash Management products/services to the client thru over the phone and/or face to face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and deployment of Cash Management Products and Services, ensuring they are on time and to the required standard
- Coordinates with other internal units of the Bank (i.e Business Development, Product Management, Enrollment , Cash Hub etc) to deliver client requirements
- Regularly updates in a complete and timely manner the deal implementation progress of assigned products and services
- Suggests and implements improvements to current process and support team initiatives
- Proactively provides project updates on initiatives, deal onboarding status and required management information to the Team head
- Coordinates internal projects and determines the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinates with relevant parties in Business Development, Product Management and Enrollment Unit and documents procedural guidelines in the team pertaining to documentation handling of all products and centralized implementation of
selected CMS products and services - Performs other responsibilities/tasks that may be assigned to meet the objectives of the group/bank
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of any four-year course
- At least three (3) years work experience. With customer service experience gained from a bank; background in Cash Management Services is an advantage
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
